1. Chuyên viên truyền thông - marketing

• Job description

– Lên kế hoạch Digital marketing về ý tưởng, kênh chạy, nội dung, ngân sách… Phối hợp với các bộ phận chuyên môn để thực thi kế hoạch

– Xây dựng và quản lý tối ưu hóa các kênh quảng cáo trực tuyến (Google Ads, Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, Email …) nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh

– Thu thập, phân tích, đánh giá các thông tin, tin tức, báo cáo, khảo sát về ngành, thị trường, đối thủ và khách hàng để có phương án phù hợp

– Nhanh nhạy trong việc update xu hướng, công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực truyền thông, marketing

– Triển khai các chương trình quảng cáo, tiếp thị và hoạt động quảng bá của Công ty

– Và các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

• Job requirements

– Tốt nghiệp từ cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành có liên quan

– Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương

– Ứng viên có kiến thức về Marketing, Marketing Online. Am hiểu về các mảng trong marketing online (Website, Mạng xã hội, Video, Landing Page, SEO, GDN, Ads…)

– Có tinh thần học hỏi nâng cao trình độ, chịu được áp lực công việc, biết ứng dụng được các kĩ thuật mới vào công việc

– Trung thực, có trách nhiệm, chăm chỉ, có khả năng học hỏi, có tính sáng tạo trong công việc.

– Ứng viên thành thạo IT, có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về mạng, máy tính là một điểm cộng

• Welfare regime

+ Fixed salary: From 9 million - 11 million (Depending on candidate's ability and experience)

+ Income level from 15 - 25 million / month (fixed salary + % revenue) (The company always creates conditions for employee development and is willing to offer an income level commensurate with employee capacity)

+ Phone support: 300k

2. Content Marketing staff

• Job description

– Coordinate with the team to create content, ideas and detailed scripts for reports, video clips that need to be produced, viral videos, editorials, advertising articles;

– Coordinate editing of programs with approved scripts and production costs;

– Edit and write web articles and promotional clips according to assigned content;

– Responsible for implementation plans: monitor, supervise, and adjust so that the plan achieves the most optimal effectiveness.

– Support company Fanpage management

– Post SEO standard articles

– Support running Ads and FB Ads when required (Not sure if training will be provided)

– Coordinate with the team to implement other Marketing activities

– The job will be discussed specifically during the interview.

• Job requirements

– Graduated from university or college with equivalent majors or candidates who have studied through relevant training courses such as: Television, journalism, communications, Marketing, social sciences...

- Proficient in office

– Have basic knowledge of media and journalism

– Honest, responsible, hardworking, able to learn, and creative in work.

– Good English is an advantage

– Fixed salary: From 8 million – 15 million (Depending on experience)

– Southern region:  15 partners (individuals or organizations) in the provinces of Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, Can Tho, Dong Thap, Long An...

– Partner representing VOGIA EDU provides information on studying abroad to customers about study abroad markets such as: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Germany , Korea, Japan, China, Singapore…….

– Coordinate with VOGIA EDU consultants to advise and provide study abroad services for customers.

– VOGIA EDU will provide relevant documents for partners to clearly understand the information and procedures for studying abroad applications to best meet the study abroad needs of customers.

– Plan enrollment as well as introduce VOGIA EDU services to potential customers in the locality and field in which you are responsible.

– Have communication skills, wide relationships as well as information about customers interested in studying abroad in countries around the world
